Holiday in South Tyrol: Simply go car-free!

Leave your car behind and use public transport for free, conveniently and flexibly. The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected cable cars, free of charge.

Remarks

All prices are per apartment per night for 2 people and based on a minimum stay of 4 nights. Each additional person is charged 10 € to 12 € per person per night. Shorter stays (upon request) are subject to a surcharge.

Final cleaning and utilities are included in the price. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided in the apartments.

In addition to the prices listed above, a local tax of 2 € per person per night will be charged. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.

The sofa bed may only be used by children under 14 years of age.

Pets

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM. Please inform us if you will be arriving later. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM.

Booking

The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit and receipt of the booking confirmation. We kindly request that payment for your stay be made in cash.

Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

There is no right of withdrawal, as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal, subject to the following cancellation conditions, in accordance with Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

  • Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee, although any deposit paid will be retained.
  • For cancellations between 29 and 7 days before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed booking price.
  • For cancellations less than 7 days before the agreed arrival date, in the event of no-show without prior cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to begin your holiday.

Something can always happen before or during your holiday. Therefore, we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
